Every handmade sombrero arrives loaded with the freshest local fruits available: Pineapple, Coconut, Mango, Bananas and Limes and garnished with whole Caribbean spices. Every Hat is created by Deanna, noted island Palm Weaver, from freshly picked Coconut Palm Fronds (leaf). Deanna uses the weaving pattern of the Pacific Islands, the Circular Weave, and adds a distinct Calypso style that twenty plus years in the Virgin Islands have taught her. The Coconut Palm Hat is still the best defense against the brilliant Tropical Sun, comfortable to wear around town, to the beach and into the crystal clear waters of our many beautiful bays. Nothing completes the scene of the carefree islander like a well worn Palm Frond Hat.
